Yoga for Beginners

A gentle class to stretch, relax, and strengthen the body and mind. The focus will be on relaxation, proper alignment, connecting to your breath, and full body awareness. This class will be a mixture of seated and standing poses, along with gentle movement throughout. Breathwork, guidance, and modifications will all be offered throughout the class as well. This beginner class is suitable for any level and will be a very safe and comfortable practice for anyone to try.
