Yoga for Beginners

A gentle class to stretch, relax, and strengthen your body and mind. The focus will be on relaxation, proper alignment, connecting to your breath, and full body awareness. This class will be a mixture of seated and standing poses, along with gentle movement throughout. Breathwork, guidance, and modifications will be offered throughout the class as well. This beginner class is suitable for any level and will be a very safe and comfortable practice for anyone to try.
All necessary props and mats will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Johanna is a holistic nutrition guide, registered yoga teacher, certified reiki practitioner, and trained meditation guide. She believes in the body’s natural ability to heal and encourages overall wellness through proper nutrition, movement, and mindfulness. She has been practicing yoga and studying holistic nutrition for over 15 years and owns Four Wings Wellness in Cedarburg.
