Now is the time to build mindful awareness in order to support emotional balance, foster purpose-driven actions and reduce stress.

In this class, we’ll learn mindfulness meditation techniques to assist you at work – and at any other time. Research has shown that mindfulness has many benefits like improving sleep, lowering blood pressure, and reducing anxiety. Join us to learn simple, useful strategies to help relieve stress. At the end of class, we will be guided in a short relaxation, helping us feel refreshed.
