Slow Flow Level Yoga Intermediate

This class will be perfect for those looking to take their practice a bit deeper through breathwork, movement, and some more advanced poses than a beginner class. Moving slowly as we connect with the breath, you will be gently guided through a mixture of vinyasa sequences (breath-synchronized movements) and alignment-based postures. Some yoga experience and general knowledge of common poses is recommended, but the class can always be modified to fit your needs.
This slow flow class will have more movement than a beginner class, but the focus will still be on creating a gentle, mindful, and safe practice that will leave you feeling refreshed and at peace.
