Plant-based Cooking Class

Participate in this 90-minute hands-on workshop that will include all supplies, including aprons, recipe sheets with instructions, a demonstration, and a shared meal with take-home containers available. Learn some of the basic tips and tricks of vegan cooking as well as how these meals can be easily incorporated into your current lifestyle.
Led by: Chef Rain Truth
Rain Truth is a vegan chef, caterer, and educator. She was classically trained at The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago (Le Cordon Bleu) as well as New York’s Main Street Vegan Academy, where she received her certification as a Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator. Her mission is to make healthy dining an exciting part of everyone’s lifestyle.
