Registration Now Open for Seminar Exploring Clifton Strengths and How They Apply to Your Life

The Kacmarcik Center for Human Performance & Wellness Council of Wisconsin deliver a workshop focused on Gallup’s Clifton Strengths assessment and how to interpret your results.

Grafton, Wisconsin – The Kacmarcik Center for Human Performance and the Wellness Council of Wisconsin are proud to offer “Discovering your Clifton Strengths and How They Apply to Your Life,” a workshop that will assist individuals in unpacking their Gallup Clifton Strengths assessment and determining how the results can best be applied to their everyday life.

The workshop is the Wellness Council of Wisconsin’s featured Learning Circle Session for February, and will be facilitated by the Kacmarcik Center for Human Performance’s Todd Kraiss, MA, PhD, a multidisciplinary coach specializing in positive psychology, performance coaching and Marshall Goldsmith leadership coaching; and Tracey Tradewell, MA, KCHP’s coaching lead.

The workshop represents the first official collaboration between the two organizations, which are both focused on helping Wisconsinites reach their full potential and while flourishing in their communities.

The session will take place Wednesday, February 21 from 9-11 a.m. at the Kacmarcik Center for Human Performance, 885 Badger Circle, Grafton, Wisconsin. The price for Wellness Council members is $39 and $69 for non-members.

During the workshop, participants will focus on identifying top 5 to top 10 Clifton Strengths and demonstrate how you can apply them to various aspects of your life. Additionally, the session will examine supporting and lower themes, and explore how Gallup defines weaknesses. This will enable participants to recognize strengths in others and enhance interpersonal interactions on a daily basis.

Other workshop themes include:

  • Identify your 34 Clifton Strengths in order to have a comprehensive understanding of your unique attributes.
  • Develop a plan to prioritize your top 5 or top 10 Clifton Strengths to maximize their potential in your personal and professional life.
  • Recognizing the Clifton Strengths in others, which will enable you to gain deeper insights into people’s personalities and perspectives.
