Traditional Hatha Yoga is broad term encompassing physical practices of yoga, emphasizing postures, breathing techniques and meditation. It aims to balance active and calming energies within the body. Hatha is considered a practice of self-transformation using postures and breathing to focus the mind and body. It is a slower practice where poses are held a little longer.
Mats, blocks and blankets will be provided.
