Gretchen Jameson, Ed.D

Gretchen Jameson, EdD has invested her career leading organizations from potential to possible. Her leadership vision focuses on developing individuals and systems to discover, achieve, and advocate their distinctive purposes for themselves, for others, and by extension, the greater good.

Dr. Jameson currently serves as Chief Learning Officer and Group President of the Human Performance and Social Impact division at Kacmarcik Enterprises. Previously, she was Senior Vice-President for Strategy and University Affairs at Concordia University (Wisconsin and Ann Arbor, Mich.). Dr. Jameson held executive leadership roles within The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) for more than a decade before leading at Concordia. A lifelong St. Louisan, she launched her own consultancy, purePR in 2010. Her high profile client roster included nonprofit and political organizations impacting communities locally, nationally and internationally. Lutheran World Relief, the U.S. Heartland China Association, the Holden Public Policy Forum at Webster University, Olin Brass, Crider Health Centers, and the City of St. Charles (Mo.) were among her leading clients.

Dr. Jameson serves on the boards of several organizations focused on issues of education, poverty, and global outreach. A 1997 graduate of Concordia University Nebraska, where she was named Young Alumnus of the Year in 2010, Gretchen also holds a master’s degree in public relations from Webster University, which named her a distinguished alumna in 2012. She earned her doctorate from the University of Southern California (2020), where her research focused on the formation of change readiness within higher education middle management, achieving a faculty nomination as a dissertation of distinction. Gretchen, her husband and their two daughters reside in Muskego, Wis.
