Work on identifying and exploring your social supports, as well as discussing ways to improve social wellness.
Social wellness is the ability to relate to and connect with other people in our world. Our ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with family, friends, and co-workers all contribute to our overall wellness. Social wellness speaks to the importance of developing a sense of connection, belonging, and creating a healthy support system. During this session we will identify and explore your social supports, as well as discuss ways to improve social wellness.
