Learn how to improve your mental health, emotional wellbeing, and productivity through reducing anxiety in your physical environment.
Your mental health, emotional wellbeing and productivity are all influenced by your personal space. When we tend to our personal surroundings it creates a sense of peace and calms anxiety. Environmental wellness inspires us to live a lifestyle that is respectful of our surroundings, and it invites us to begin with our immediate space. It also calls us to be aware of the physical environment around us and our impact upon it.
During this presentation we will explore the dimension of environmental wellness including:
· Understanding how your environments affect your health and well-being
· Being aware of the effects of your daily habits on the physical environment
· Building environments that help support calm, rest and health
